On our days off,we tend to have no idea of what to do to end a long day,sometimes we wake up feeling lazy and don't want to engage in our hobbies, the only thing that we want to do is just sit and gaze.During this days we just want peace of mind, we go to an extent of switching off our phones just to have some times on our own,to avoid making our minds the devils workshop while still on our beds or at the comfort of our sofas,try this simple mind engaging activities.


Daydreaming - You need to run your mind wild sometimes,this is a fun way to engage your mind, try to take your mind places,have imagination envision them and create an end.Day dreaming is a fun way to keep you motivated and stay positive.

Gratitude - Everyone has a lesson they have learnt in life,see things that made you fail as lessons and focus on what you want to happen in your life,avoid blaming yourself and focus on what you want in your life,this helps you not to focus on fear,stress or anger.

Questioning Your Thoughts - A thought is harmless until we believe it.Try questioning the decisions that you are making in your life, this helps you make the right decisions that you won't regret later in life,also try to see the reasons of the things you have done in your life are they right?focus on the habits that you have and see if you are supposed to either stop them or continue doing them.
