Eating:In the cold season,people tend to feel hungry more often.The reason to this is that the body digest food fast in order to generate more heat.Therefore eating is one of the best ways to keep you from feeling cold,however whatever you're having should always be warm,be it food,coffee or tea.

Dressing:Dressing in warm clothes is obvious.During this season everything you put on should protect you from feeling cold,therefore opt for jackets and warm leggings and if you prefer sandals on your daily basis this is the right  time to have some boots on,don't forget some warm socks.With the right clothes you will barely feel cold.

Heater:Heater is common in most homes though you have to be cautious,especially the fact that most homes are  painted and paint is highly flammable,keeping the heater near carpets is dangerous as they might also catch fire.Ensure you switch it off before you retire to bed as it might result to overheating causing fire.

Hot water bottle:I have seen many people using this as a way to keep warm,ensure you do it right as most people like kids and the aged might not have a highly sensitive skin and might end up burning without knowing,keep watching them.

Charcoal Burner:Also known as jiko, using this it is advisable to be in a well ventilated room since the amount of oxygen  in the room gets depleted which leads to incomplete burning of coal which leads to formation of carbon monoxide which is poisonous and might lead to death.Aged and drug users should be cautious as they might fall asleep and burn.


Hot Shower:Taking hot shower is among the key strategies to fight cold,it is advisable to avoid cold showers to keep you away from cold related sicknesses.
