2018 HEALTHY HABITS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

Hello lovelies! 2018 ended and I was really happy with my resolution,I nearly fulfilled every single one of them.Was it not only a blessed year, with great opportunities but also I felt amazed with the healthy habits I kept, that changed my life. ENOUGH SLEEP Recommended sleep time for adults is at least 7\8 hours I have come to realize that sleep is very important and I have kept this routine which has helped me over the year,enough sleep not only reduces the risk of getting condition like heart attack and other health related conditions but also helps you relax and wake up refreshed,sleep is the key to healthy lifestyle. DRINKING WATER REGULARLY Water is very important in our body,it is advisable to take at least 8 glasses of water a day,staying hydrated is very important, I have made it part of my lifestyle,it prevents headaches,Kidney Stones,relieves constipation,helps your brain function and also helps during workout.
