FIRST KENYAN TO SET FOOT AT MISTER AFRICA INTERNATIONAL

Kenya's Said Hussein is ready and set to compete for Mister Africa International which will be happening in Lagos, Nigeria. The event is said to be starting from 3rd to 9th December with other contestants from 20 different countries. Said says being the first Kenyan to compete in this great event,  he is more than ready to bring the title home. He also adds that he is more than eager to share his story on depression and being body shamed, which he narrates has not been an easy journey. Going through all that has made him the person he is today and has inspired him more to get to this point,  he was able to put all the negativity behind and strive for what he believes in, and has undoubtedly continued to focus on positivity, self love which has made him reach the level he is at now. Only a month to the end of the year and here you are, with your goals which probably you've not fulfilled yet. Hello, lovelies!! Welcome to yet another blog and am so excited to share another fitness blog with you. Its better late than never, time to get back on track fulfil some of the goals you haven't already fulfilled and before the year ends am sure you'll be happy for yourself. Personally, I wouldn't say my fitness journey has been a smooth one, it has been full of ups and downs. Challenging I tell you, and sometimes you just need an extra motivation to keep going.
