NOVEMBER FITNESS CHALLENGE
Only a month to the end of the year and here you are, with your goals which probably you've not fulfilled yet.
Hello, lovelies!! Welcome to yet another blog and am so excited to share another fitness blog with you.
Its better late than never, time to get back on track fulfil some of the goals you haven't already fulfilled and before the year ends am sure you'll be happy for yourself.
Personally, I wouldn't say my fitness journey has been a smooth one, it has been full of ups and downs. Challenging I tell you, and sometimes you just need an extra motivation to keep going. So here I am to do this fitness challenge with you guys, In fitness, diet plays a major role and as much as I am aware of that, having some days that I can enjoy what I love is also important.
As I start my fitness challenge this month I want you to join me in my daily routine, actually 6days a week.
I also created a workout plan that I feel will work well for me because what I do most of the time is doing a morning run, so I added a little bit of abs and thigh toning exercises running after my daily morning run, Follow the link and let's work out together. You can also create your own workout plan of your choice, probably you want to work on your arms or abs get what works well for you so LET'S DO THIS!!
Few things you should note when working out,
1. Drinking lots of water when working out is also very helpful.
2. Always listen to your body, take rest when you feel tired.
