EASY WAYS TO ENJOY YOUR WORKOUT



With many benefits that come with working out and getting in shape, it takes a lot of motivation,  before I started working out I hated any physical activity and would rather spend my time doing anything else rather than exercise. But as soon as I got committed, I decided to find a way I could enjoy it.
Here are some tips I followed in order to enjoy workout;
1. Do the workout that you enjoy - do not sign-up for a workout that you don't like If you love running or swimming, make sure you do it perfectly. If you don't like your workout you won't enjoy it and you will actually make excuses not to do it.

2. Have some good music - Music does motivate me personally when am working out, it makes me enjoy it even more. When you on your favourite songs, especially the ones that make you wanna dance or those that are exciting and fun, it pushes you to even do more.
3. Change your routine - Sticking to one workout routine can be boring, so it is very important to find another workout that will help you lose that weight or gain the muscle you've been dying to have if you get used to one kind of workout it won't be easy to reach that body goal, as your body will have gotten used to one type of work out. Try going an extra mile sometimes, it makes a whole difference.

4. Make it your lifestyle - Don't just work out to lose weight. Make it part and parcel of your lifestyle. Exercising daily helps you;
  *Relieve stress and make you feel happier.
  *Good sleep
  *Have a good skin
  *Good health and many more. That way you can find a reason to workout daily.
5. Don't push yourself too hard - If you push yourself hard, it can sometimes feel like torture rather than fun, try to take one step at a time, you can't be perfect overnight.
6. Get a workout buddy - I've invariably emphasised on getting someone you can work out with so you can always encourage each other, cos sometimes working out alone can be boring, therefore having a  workout buddy can make a huge difference, especially a friend who is motivated and committed as you, however relying on them can sometimes be disappointing, there can be times your friend might not make it, so you will need to commit to get out and workout alone.

7. Reward yourself - I am a big fan of rewarding myself whenever I achieve something no matter how big or small it is. As much as I love to enjoy the workout and a healthy diet, there are days that I like to go out and indulge and eat what I love because workout shouldn't feel like torture. I also have rest days and in the process, I either watch my favourite TV show or have a long sleep during the day. Apart from that if you love running like I do you can also get yourself a nice running shoe, that way, it helps motivate you to work out even more.
