NEW YEAR GOALS/HOW TO SET CLEAR AND REALISTIC GOALS
Hello lovelies!!! Am here again with yet another blog.
We start the new year with so many hopes, and just like anyone else we have goals that we're always looking forward to fulfilling. We either write them down or just keep them on our mind and get determined to fulfil them. Some get to fulfil them and some in a few months just keeps them aside and goes back to the old habits, but how can we really get to set realistic goals?
Here are a few steps; because it is important to make a little different every year.
1. Set goals that are realistic - Don't set too many goals that you might not fulfil in 12 months. It's better to set small goals that you will accomplish reasonably and without too much pressure.
2. Which part of your life needs change - Health, Family, Finances, Work etc, specify on which part you're concerned mostly about, that way it's easy to point out.
3. Keep reviewing your goals - If you've written them down, put them in a place you'll always see them.
4. Reward yourself - Treat yourself, do something fun every time you accomplish your goals. That way it will motivate you to keep setting new goals every year.
