FUN STAY-AT-HOME ACTIVITIES THAT WILL HELP YOU REDUCE STRESS/ANXIETY AND COPE WITH ISOLATION DURING CORONA VIRUS SOCIAL DISTANCING




Hello, lovelies! Globally we are going through a really tough time right now and am sure the self-isolation thing can get really boring if you truly don't have anything to do while indoors. I felt I would be really thought if I would share with you some of the things that you can do while still safe at the comfort of your home.
First I would like to hope that y'all are safe wherever you are, with the scare and panic that is all around us, I suppose this tips will help you stay calm and at least discover and most importantly help you solace stress and anxiety.
1. Watch TV - If you missed Money Heist craze or Game of Thrones, this is the best time to catch up, get comfortable and spend your time catching up on Entertainment news, Keep up with the Kardashians or watch your favourite reality show.
2. Read a Book - If your favourite book has been sitting g on the shelves for some time now. Take some few time and read, listen to your favourite podcast while you're still relaxing on the couch.
3. Self-Care - Do your nails or do a face scrub. Have a beauty treatment for yourself or even learn how to do your make up.
4.Back-up your phone - Whether it's pictures of a memorable outing with your friends or your birthday pics, take this time and back up your phone before you lose them.
5. Rearrange your Wardrobe - Dedicate your free time try to sort out your wardrobe, keep away the clothes you don't wear anymore or those that no longer fit you anymore. It's also a great opportunity to try on your clothes and discover your favourite outfit.
6.Dance - This a good time to dance your favourite tunes, do karaoke with your family and enjoy yourself.
7.Workout - It's obvious you might not be moving too much around the house. Make your living room an active spot, do some squats, pushups or try out some yoga. This will develop your active spirit and transform you for sure.
8. Start a blog - If you've been wanting to start a blog for some time now. Then this is a good time to start, share what you've been long to share, whether it's a fashion or food blog, now is the time.
9. Take pictures - Whether you are with your family or friends this a great opportunity to create memories and make fun out of it.
10. Call your friends - Everyone is on self-isolation, therefore friend will appreciate being checked upon, let them know you are thinking of them, create a WhatsApp group with your friends and catch up.
 That being said, I hope you're are following the safety rules put in place to prevent the spread of Corona Virus, such as,
 *Washing your hands as often as possible with soap and water or alcohol-based disinfectant.
 *Avoid touching your face with your hands because your hands can pick up viruses and once contaminated they can transfer the virus to your eyes, nose or mouth and make you sick when they enter your body.
 *Stay home, to reduce the chances of getting the virus, if you feel sick or even feel the symptoms such as headache,  runny nose. Isolate yourself until you recover.
 *Keep social distancing - Avoid gathering such as schools, churches, parties and keep a safe distance of approximately 6feet.
 *Stay informed with the latest development of COVID-19 and make sure you follow the advice given by National public health authorities.
