2. Forget the past - Let the bygones be the bygones, although they say that what happened yesterday can affect your today. Don't let the past haunt you, clear to move on. If you let the past consistently affect your today then you won't get anywhere in life. If you've tried something in the past and it failed, get yourself up and don't give up, continue or try something else and you won't be disappointed.
3. Learn to be grateful - Give thanks for what you have and don't complain of what you don't have. Being content with what you have is very important, work towards what you want and be hopeful that you will get it. Appreciating the simple things in life gives is fundamental.
