HOME WORKOUT GUIDE DURING QUARANTINE

During this time, it's obvious most of us are stuck at home feeling all stressed out with everything happening, with coronavirus cases still going up daily in the country, not sure when it's gonna end, this can raise anxiety, stress and above all being stuck in the house without moving a lot can somehow add you a few kilos with the temptation of taking one meal after the other.
However, working out will help you reduce anxiety as well as improve physical health, that's why I compiled a simple home workout guide for you as you start your exercise at home.
1. Find your motivation - I personally feel motivated by the kind of playlist I have /listen to during my workouts. It's very difficult for me to work out without music and that's my motivation. You can also be motivated because of the person who you get to workout with or even having a nice workout gear. Find that one thing that motivates you and make it part of your routine.
2. Have a schedule - At home, you might have some chores or even work from home but setting aside the time that suits you and sticking to the plan can go a long way. Working out 3/4times a week.
3. Stay hydrated - Keep your water bottle close to you, working out can really get sweaty, and the means as much water you lose make sure you replace it.
4. Focus - Try to focus on your routine, make sure you don't get distracted from your workout. Avoid anything that brings you distraction like talking to people or using your phone.
5. Sleep - Yes!! getting a power nap is one way to remove anxiety and as much as you're exercising it is important to have time to rest and unwind.
