PINKTOBER🌺

Last year I attended a breast cancer awareness event and it was an eye-opener and although such events couldn't happen this year due to Covid the conversation continues and I was looking forward to it.
This month is all about having an endless conversation and creating awareness of breast cancer.
Not forgetting to celebrate the survivor's cancer as well as those fighting this deadly disease.
Breast Cancer month has given a vast majority of men and women to get early screening thus be able to get early detection and one can get the right treatment which means the probability of successful treatment is higher.
The fact that this conversation is adversely spoken in October, everyone needs to be enlightened about Breast cancer, women and girls are the most affected and to be on the safer side men also need to be educated about it.
Also avoiding the risk of getting cancer by following these crucial guidelines,
1. Lifestyle choices- trying to live a healthy lifestyle that involves exercising, healthy eating, avoid smoking and avoiding stress can reduce the risk of getting breast cancer.
2. Regular checkup - regular check-up can go a long way, and shouldn't be underestimated, more so, having a free annual check-up and having a candid conversation about breast cancer is vital. A self checkup is another way of keeping track of what's going on with your breast, any suspicious changes shouldn't be ignored and should be reported straight to a health expert for medical attention.
More importantly, taking advantages of the breast cancer check-up that happens during this month to know your stayus.
Have a lovely day and see you next time! Bye💕💕
