 Ever since I made a step and decided to start my blog, one of the people I always looked up to was Sharon Mundia.She has been so consistent and I have always looked forward to her content.

Joy kendi is who I want to be when I grow up (lol) She is my go to when I need some skin care routine tips, when it comes to fashion she is overpowering, and just in case you live to travel, Joy Kendi is the woman you should check out, not only does she have a blog but she is also a talented YouTuber, she has not only inspired me to capture the essence of our country by showing how she tours the country and it's one of the reasons am obsessed with her, but her skin care routine is a real next level. Joy kendi is a representation of a real African goddess.

3. Nelly Mwangi
I came across Nelly through Pinterest.She is a real beauty, and what captured me is her affectionate smile.She captures really amazing pictures worth pinning.Not only does she capture beautiful pictures but also but also has a hair and fashion business through her shop THE GEEK BOTIQUE , Nelly is also a great traveller and she captures beautiful instagramable photos and does YouTube videos and has the dopest style you should check her out.

4. Miss Nyawi
The first time I came across Miss Nyawi my reaction was wow!! that babe is dope.I was going through my Instagram and her work is recognizable, her ability to put outfits together and her plus size body fabulosity is next level.Miss Nyawi body positivity is so great and her photo shoot videos and images is something to rave for.I definitely aiming to reach her level when it comes to content and quality.

5.Mbairewangui 
She is Kenyan based Scotland Fashion blogger, I have known her YouTube ever since she was starting out and and I love the ways she has grown over the years. I followed her right away. And her fashion is next level. Just head over to her page and you'll get major fashion goals, she has a YouTube channel and blog and it's pretty awesome.

Early last month i was able to become a certified System thinker under SAYDS program which equips young Kenyan youth with the necessary skill to understand serious complex issues and howw to solve them. This has been a really beautiful jorney as I am only going to understand these interesting social problems as I will be able to split them down but also be able to explore them and also implement effective action to solve them. SAYDS equip youth with systems thinking skills for creating and implementing effective solutions for lasting social change and very step of this journey to become a system thinker has been phenomenal.  The amazing SAYDS team guiding us on every step of the way and equipping us with knowlegdge necessary to tackle challenges having impacted alot of participant and still going on to do the same every year. Well, hello lovelies. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve logged in to chat here, life lately has been super hectic, super busy to be precise. This year has been whimsical in so many ways.  Hope you've had a great start of the month, as I am writing this in the morning of the beginning of september, I is the start of the month, Its a gloomy day as I look out of the window. I have the idea of writing on the website but i keep postponing to another day. So I wake up and decide to write it before i get out of bed. LOOSEN YOUR GRIP

This thought keeps coming at least twice or thrice a day and each time, it hits me right in my center. I never saw myself as someone with control issues. I am very much a live-and-let-live kinda girl for the most part. I let people do what they want to do and respect everyone having a choice to live their life how they see fit. What I've never taken note of was how in control have to be all the time. Emotionally to feel comfortable and safe. I wasn't controlling others or trying to control my environment, I was controlling myself.  POLICING MYSELF. I was holding so tight to my emotions that my knuckles were turning white. I needed to loosen my grip. I needed to learn to let go of the emotions so that my hands would be free to hold purposeful things.
