5 POSITIVE AFFIRMATION TO GET YOU THROUGH THE WEEK
Having a positive affirmation is very powerful as they allow you to take back your power, I'm a strong believer of positive vibes and it's very important to see/hope for better days instead of stressing over things that you can't change by focusing saying encouraging words to yourselves.
I, however, came up with 5 important positive affirmation that you can begin to reassure yourself this week.
1.I can do this - It may sound easy to say but this is the most powerful affirmation. Sometimes we can forget what we can do, and it is important to remind ourselves that we are capable and can get things done.
2.Progress not perfection - I'm a strong believer of this affirmation, As much as I have big dreams and goals that I would want to achieve, sometimes back, I would doubt and think that they were unattainable because I thought they were too big for me to achieve, but now I have learnt the joy of every step of my journey.
3.Gratitude - Being grateful gives you a sense of happiness, be grateful for what you have and what is yet to come. Gratitude opens the door of more blessings
4.I am doing what is right for me- Every decision you make should be the best for you. Do what you think is right for you.
5.I'm proud of me - Always remind yourself that you are great and not all time complaining of the mistakes that you've made, take a step back and look at how much you've grown and thanked yourself for that.
