3 SIMPLE STEPS TO SELF CARE 2020

1. Start and end the day with yourself -  Create a morning routine that includes things that you love or something you have always wanted.For me I love journaling, you can also do something that you love like having some quiet time and reflecting.
2. Have a day off - Because you deserve it, take some mini breaks when you need them or feel exhausted.Take time to rest.This should energize you not make you feel worse.
3. Your circle matters - Unsubscribe from people who make you feel like time by yourself is  unacceptable, those people who put you down or make you feel small.It's not healthy.
