CONSISTENCY AS A BLOGGER AND HOW TO MAINTAIN THE RELEVANCE THAT COMES WITH IT

Starting my blog, I always thought consistency is an easy task, well, it is easy!!, I have come to learn, especially if you have a system planned out.
Consistency isn't just creating content, it is more than taking photos, reels, videos, captions and a blog post. Looking at the bigger picture, we can easily make consistency even easier, no matter what kind of a blogger you are.
Working a full-time job and having a blog to run can be easy and manageable, which is why I decided to share with you some of these tips on how I stay consistent and relevant at the same time. So here we go!
The first thing, I decided to do was create a content plan, it is not just focusing on what you are going to post and when, but how you are going to make it happen and what you're going to achieve. It helps you maintain relevance as well as not struggle with inconsistency.
Creating a content creation system that ensures that you don't just create ordinally content, but also excellent content that readers will love, not just once but repeatedly. Creating excellent and quality content and having in mind that this is not a one-time thing is crucial if you want to take your blogging to the next level.
What about the relevance?
What happens when you run out of content?
Where can I get content ideas?
Well, If you don't know what else to write and you are passionate to keep writing consistently. here's what I do;
 1.First of all, I created a content calendar that I have to follow. I note down when am going for that shoot, When am going to brainstorm ideas, When to edit the photos, What to post on social media and so on. I have found it easier to get things done when I have a plan. Its impossible to do it without a plan because doing your work aimlessly makes u look confused, however, having a plan is the best idea because your work will always look organized and you will have relevant ideas. That is the most important part. Plan plan plan!!!
 Having the pressure to post can be pleasuring, I understand there can be times you are not sure of what to write down, I have had those moments as well, the feeling of being stuck and uninspired can get to you. But what should push you is your passion to write, make sure that you assure yourself you must post something before the end of the week.
 Also, Have a day that you put aside to post content so that the readers who follow you can be assured to check it out every week, however, if you don't have a day set out it can be somehow confusing for the readers.
Where can I get blog ideas?
 There are places that you can get blog ideas like;
 1 Pinterest search for a favourite topic and write down your blog, this way, you can keep your creative juice going.
2. Reading - Reading books gives you ideas
3. Magazines - Magazines are always full of great content, fashion inspo, photography etc.
4. Movies - Yes! The next time you are watching your favourite show, have a pen and paper next to you. I get quotes that hit the spot for me, I write them down and later make them my caption in my next Instagram post or Facebook, you can also share the inspiration behind it. Now you know right?
5. Your life - Life is full of content that you can share, it can be personal stories, lessons learned, failures and success. Share something personal sometimes, readers also like to know more about their writers; this way you are creating a connection with your readers and also inspiring them.
5. Social media - Social media is not just for scrolling, as a blogger looks for accounts that inspire you. Read their content it will also inspire you.
6. Meditate - This is my best time to write content. When am alone and quiet, ideas flow well during this time. When there are no distractions, Ideas just floods in for me.
For me Sunday is a huge planning day when it comes to planning my content, I plan my content in bulk, from shooting to what to post and that has been helpful.
 That's enough from me today, thank you for stopping by!
