AM BECOMING MORE INTENTIONAL THIS YEAR!
Sometimes I would find myself so glued on my phone or the computer, mostly on my insta, checking story after story and after a while get irritated with my own life [ we've all been there]
I am guilty of sharing the good things and would probably share my day depending on the fact that am in a good mood, but when am having a bad day I choose to be silent cos I just don't feel like sharing, so people end up seeing the only good or happy side of our lives, and thats how we end up loosing sight of ourselves.
And thats where being intentional comes to play>
I've been waking up everyday with the intention of becoming more intentional and I 100% sure that am aware of.
More intentionalof my daily routine
More intentional about my workout
More intentional about my social media
More intentional of how much water am drinking
More intentional with my thoughts
Be intentional in the blog I post
Be intentional in with my words and feelilngs
More intentional mith the goals I set
I have come to realize that being intentional allows you to be more aware, more present, more in tune with what you need, and the energy you want to give those around you.Being intentional allows you to put alot into perspective. AND if there is anything the pandemic has taught us, is we need to live our life a little bit differently than we are used to. So right now is the perfect time to take things day by day.
So I challenge you to wake up and set up some sort of intention. Or set the intention to take your day intentionally.I promise your thoughts will shift dramaticaly!
